• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
• A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement.
• Start recording before opening the parcel. Ensure the issue is clearly shown in the video without cuts or pauses.
• Report damage within 2 days of delivery with the video as proof.
• All complaints must be emailed within 5 days to our customer support. No action will be taken beyond this period.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed.

Warranty Coverage: 6-month warranty for all branded products covering manufacturing defects and functional issues.

Exclusions: Physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

To claim warranty:

1. Contact support via WhatsApp or email.
2. Share clear photos and describe the issue.
3. Submit a valid proof of purchase (invoice).
4. Wait 3–5 working days for claim verification.
